World Famous N'awlins Cajun Seasoning is salt-free so you can enjoy a traditional blend of fine spices found in use by the people of South Lousiana for generations without the added salt found in so many mass-produced spice blends. This blend uses a complicated mixture of peppers and spices to add this special flavor to any dish. Use at the table instead of salt and pepper, or cook with Cajun Seasoning to bring an authentic New Orleans flavor to your table. Don't call it Cajun if it wasn't made in New Orleans by World Famous N'awlins!

Garlic Aioli dipping sauce:

1 clove garlic, small

1 green onion, medium

1 white onion, medium

4 egg yolks

1 lemon, juiced or equivalient fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup olive oil

Dash of salt (optional), to taste

World Famous N'awlins Cajun Seasoning 1/4 tsp to taste

World Famous N'awlins Garlic Habanero Hot Sauce, to taste

In a food processor, pulse the garlic, green onion, and white onion until minced and thoroughly combined. Add the egg yolks and lemon juice, and pulse again until blended. Slowly drizzle the oil into through the feeding tube of the processor until the sauce emulsifies. When the sauce is thickened, add World Famous N'awlins Cajun Seasoning, a dash of salt, and 2-3 drops of World Famous N'awlins Garlic Habanero hot sauce, to taste. Serve as a dipping sauce for Fried Alligator or Fried Shrimp
