    Bought two packages in New Orleans and eat one with sausage the second with shrimps. Can't wait to get my next order to try both in the gumbo. Easy to make and it's so good!

    My husband and I have been visiting NOLA for over 15 years and the French market is always a must stop so I can stock up with this gumbo mix. On our last visit a couple of weeks ago their stock was sold out, I was given the web site to order some. At first I was hesitant about it...shipping...waiting ect but it was a breeze! Fast order processing and shipping at no cost.
